Joe has brought his experience from a Chevrolet Dealership parts department and applied it here at Zip's Since 1990. He is a primary call taker and also is in charge of handling the processing of any return items.

Parts Manager - Todd Suhr
Todd has been an integral member of the Zip's Team since 1993. He is in charge of managing our stock and working with our suppliers day to day to be sure we have on hand the right parts to fill the demand and to facilitate fullfillment of the special orders of those parts that are not normally stocked. When not busy handling these duties he is taking calls and solving problems.

Parts Specialist - Mike Bucknell
Mike has come from our shop where he worked as a crew leader since 1994. He has brought valuable on hands experience since 2001 to the parts department and is currently working on improvements to the content of the E-store and taking your calls.
We have a great staff supporting these leaders that recieve and ship your products. We use primarily UPS and Federal Express as our delivering service providers because of their high quality service and quick delivery times. All deliveries can be tracked on-line.
